Maya Cinemas was founded on the principle that all members of our community deserve respect. Our mission is to be a gathering place for our communities where everyone can feel welcomed and can be entertained.

In this extraordinary time, we have witnessed unspeakable and senseless crimes against black Americans. We feel the pain and sorrow of this seemingly endless cycle of racism that has afflicted our country. We join in the call for a rebirth of the core American values of equality, justice, freedom and the pursuit of happiness. We stand hand in hand with the Black Lives Matter movement and all those who are demanding social justice.

We continue to encourage a partnership with our communities to bring films that enlighten, inform, elevate and inspire us all. We will work to create programming that will bring us together to motivate and heal our communities.

Our team at Maya Cinemas is looking forward to opening our doors very soon. When they open again, it will be the same as the day they first opened, all will be welcomed in!
