Job Description
Maya Cinemas develops, builds, owns and operates luxury modern megaplex movie theaters in underserved, working class, family oriented communities. Maya offers first-run Hollywood movies in high-end cinemas focused on quality of design, state-of-the-art film presentation technology, and providing premier entertainment with superior customer service.
Maya Cinemas is a high volume, fast paced environment unlike any other movie theater experience.
We seek hard working, customer friendly staff and it helps if you have a love for the movies!
Qualifications
Flexible work schedule. We're open 365 so you'll need to work some evenings, weekend, and holidays.
Receptiveness to training and personal development.
Possess computer skills and applicable work experience.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Communicating and working with guests, supervisors and peers.
Active engagement with guests during every shift and expects the same from all team members.
Responsibilities
Team Members work to ensure successful daily theater operations by executing the following fundamentals:
Providing service that is friendly, helpful and fast.
Maintaining facilities that are safe, clean, and in good repair.
Serving fresh and properly prepared food and beverages.
Providing an experience that is comfortable, distraction-free and picture-perfect.
