Maya Cinemas does not sell or share guest information with third-parties and only uses information obtained to communicate directly with its own guests.

The right to be forgotten

You as the consumer have the right to request Maya Cinemas to provide you with a summary of the information we have obtained and request a deletion of that information.

Maya does not collect any information on its guests that has not been directly provided by the consumer. All information obtained was done so through the membership sign up process and/or ticketing receipts via web purchases.
